The PWT-system is a module based transfer system, developed for fast and flexible moving of ships. A sophisticated control system enables movement in all directions, at the time being easy and user-friendly to operate. The system’s flexibility makes it possible to solve all common transfer operation and cope with different load, MDL, width, blocking length etc. Several safety features help the operator to perform the transfer according to modern safety standards. The PWT-system gives excellent access to the hull/trestle and has low requirement to ground conditions. The power unit(s) might be built-in in each module, every second/third module or as a separate unit. Available payload per unit is from 90 ton to 450ton.
