STATEMENT TO OSLO STOCK EXCHANGE 22.03.04
Ivar K. Hanson (39) has been appointed division director for the crane division in TTS Marine ASA. The position has just been established and will form part of the group management. Hanson will take office by September 1, 2004, at the latest. Ivar K. Hanson comes from Prosafe ASA where he was director for Technology & Projects, the engineering division in Prosafe Drilling Services AS. Before Hanson started in Prosafe ASA (1/1/03) he was working for TTS for 8 years. The last three years as managing director in TTS Handling Systems AS and director for the Material Handling division. Hanson was managing this division in a period when the operations were completely reorganized. The reorganization was successful, with subsequent good results for the company. Hanson has an advanced business administration degree and has a degree in engineering.
