In accordance with the General Meeting’s resolution of 27 May 2004, the Board of TTS Marine ASA has issued 300,000 purchase share options as described in statement issued to Oslo Stock Exchange 26 June 2004. The remaining 150,000 purchase options are exercised to a share price of NOK 14.00 per share. 107,000 shares have been sold to an average share price equal NOK 37.00 with a distribution as shown below:
